The very best individual counseling and group counseling I have ever received in my 10 years of therapy. I owe my life to these counselors. Amazing front office staff also.

All of the Counselors are extremely friendly, and the IOP program is great! I love all of the Yoga, and art projects, they really helped me in my recovery.

Great for addiction counseling, whether it's alcohol or any other drug. Britt, Carly, and the intern Annie all always do a great job leading the group sessions, and are available to listen in individual sessions too. If you are interested in becoming sober, this is 100% the place to go. Staff is always super friendly, and they have both morning and night sessions Monday through Friday. It's even free to come back to group sessions as an alumni! Could not recommend more.

I've always had a great experience with the counselors and the office staff. They go out of their way to help you and resolve issues.

This place is truly a blessing and I can't say enough good things about the staff. If you're willing to put the tools they give you into action, you will change your life.

I’ve been going to Breakthroughs for over a year, and that sounds bad but it’s really not, and I can’t say enough about them. I was scared to call because I didn’t want to admit I had a problem and making that call was the best thing I ever did. I can’t say enough about the reception staff because they go above and beyond to help me get in when I need to and putting me on a cancellation list and never giving me a hard time about it. I feel like they understand and they’re there to help me, which makes me look forward to my visits. My therapist is Melissa and I can’t recommend her enough. She’s been amazing and supportive for me. I wish I could list all the things she’s done for me in the almost 1.5 year I’ve been with her but the list would take too long. She cares about me as a patient, understands what I’m saying and if she doesn’t then she tries to and it amazes me. I’m incredibly lucky to have found her and I don’t know what I would have done if I didn’t make that phone call. If you’re not sure about calling, please do. It really will change your life for the better and you’ll be so happy you called. Do it for yourself.

My nephew was using cocaine for several years & I got him to come to Jax to get help. This is the most professional center I have EVER heard about. I have several friends whose children are still on drugs no matter what the parents have done. Nephew was 46 years old. He "played" the game but after several weeks here he started to turn around. He is now clean and sober for 7 months. He is working in his profession and doing very well. I couldn't say enough good things about this program. It REALLY works. The other treatment centers he went to didn't. Breakthrough has given us our family back again. I can never thank them enough.

I'm so glad I was put into one on one sessions with Melissa and Sandra. I get so much out of these sessions and I would like to continue after my ASAP is complete. Misty H.
