Hands down the most caring people in all of Florida. I've never met a good group of people that actually care for your well being!

Jax Metro has given me back some dignity. I have been clean since starting Methadone treatment 18 months ago. My husband and I both go and it's truly saved our lives. We couldn't quit opioid abuse on our own. After many failed attempts a friend has been going and told us about it. We are so grateful to that friend and to The entire caring staff at Jacksonville Metro.

I've been going to the clinic. about 5 or 6 years now and I love the staff. Yeah there's some mornings the nurses could do a little better. But I'm sure you run into it at most clinics that deal with high volumes of people

Always have good service, At window #1..!!! As a sub patient I have limited choose of windows!!! And limited nurses that can serv Pills meds.so..99% of the time, its Window #1 she is always nice an professional..!!! And can't forget my Raquel one of the best counsel you could ask for!!also..Ashley has alwa2 been a great help..when my counselor is off.. Or not around.!!! The Only thing is, the line could move faster.!! Because, they have control to pick or pass up your # anytime they want!!! Thats the only down side.!!! And I don't believe that you should bring kids to the clinics..But that just my opinion..!!!

I've been coming to this clinic since 2005 and the only complaint I have is the handicap parking between the buildings, people who don't have the handicap decal park there and the police officer that is there doesn't check or doesn't do anything about it. I myself need to park there because I have problems with my feet from my diabetes and they always hurt so parking as close as I can to the building is a big help. I've told one or two counselors about it and they said that they would look into it, other than that this clinic has been a blessing for me. My counselor Tiffany is amazing and she will do anything to help ya out. She's very kind and sweet and a very caring person. Michelle who use to run the clinic is another amazing lady. She was VERY professional and she would listen to you when you had a problem or complaint. I think every business should have someone like her working for them. I would recommend anyone to come here for treatment.

I've been at this clinic off and on for over 15 years. My number is 4 digits. That will tell you it's been years. I've been back this time 3 years. This time I'm using the medication the rite way. I'm not going up and up to try and get high. I've been at 80mg for a good 6 to 9 months. (I will say when I first started I used to get high off of it. The very first day 6Now I don't which is a good thing) I got blessed to be put on the $3 program. Goodness knows I don't have a clue as to how I afforded it @ $15. So in the years I've always been treated great and have been comfortable with the staff and everyone else. I've had a great consular and never had any issues. That is until now! Mine now really is an amazing consular and really should be working with people that want to be 100% clean. He is so knowledgeable of tools & exercises you do to get & stay clean. My point is the issue I have is I am not AT ALL comfortable with him. I have missed a few days of dosing just cause I knew I was flagged to see him. When it gets to you would rather not get my meds that I have to have daily just cause I just couldn't get my self comfortable to sit and open up to him. Now you would think something like this should be an easy fix. Nope!! Sure isn't. You have to meet with a different counselor and give them a 'good enough' reason you need a different one. Well I thought me missing dosing cause I can't physically bring my self to go sit with this man. So I'm stuck! (I did have a great consular from intake until this one! I actually go to him, Glenn for most everything! Yep for everything!) Just make sure you are comfortable with the one they give you. Before you get to where they won't do anything & you go without your meds.

The 3 dollar program lady was very professional and informative. I was really stressed about not being excepted but she did everything she could to help me as well as my counselor. She is always positive and helpful.

I have been coming here nearly 3yrs and most of the people really care about helping others. One counselor in particular probably saved mine and my wife's life, thank you kendra. Also I just lost my job and could not afford the treatment anymore and would have probably caused me to relapse but Shaniece Dixon was extremely helpful and friendly in helping me get the assistance I needed to continue treatment. I truly owe my life and the well being of my family to these people in particular. Thank you so much, I will never be able to repay you.

The counselors and staff truly care for their patients at this facility. One counselor in particular, Tiffany M. made my experience easy and stress free. She goes out of her way to help patients.

This treatment center and the staff has been wonderful . They are very nice and professional and always there to help any patient even if its not their assigned counselor. I would recommend this place over any other treatment center in our surrounding area.My Counselor Tiff M has been amazing and very sweet.

I’ve been to two other clinics in Florida and two other clinics in a different state, and this is by far the best clinic I have been a patient at. They truly care, they treat patients with respect and as paying customers (as opposed to drug addicts looked down upon). If you’re searching for a clinic to start a new chapter and break free of the miserable chokehold of addiction, or if you just are looking for a better clinic to transfer to, I highly recommend Jacksonville Metro Treatment Center (New Season).

I have never been treated so kindly in all my life. The staff have encouraged me from the day I walked into this facility. My husband who also goes here has turned our life completely around..My counsler(Sandora) each morning greets my little boy and holds his little hand and takes him with her...I have been donated a pair of shoes for my baby. I have been helped beyond measure. It is clean, professional, and respectful enviroment. I am currently detoxing the nurses even encourage me each day of my struggle and tell me I can do it...They ask how I am out of sincerity...I am writing this post hoping who ever is scared to reach out and seek treatment...the process is harmless and if you really want help its just a call away..What you do with this program is up to you,but the resources are here..Love and blessings to you all.

Does anyone know if Jacksonville Metro Clinic is going to start taking Medicaid? That is what I've heard but I've heard that in the past.

@Jewelie Yzaguirre.....what is the intake process like? I have gone to rr on Park for 2 yrs and yday my brother and I had to leave. A former client that has been kicked off the grounds before and shouldn't have even been there and be just ran up and assaulted my brothe when my brother stopped briefly to send his condolences to a girl there who lost her son the day before...he was an infant and didn't make it home and my brother knew she was hurting. Anyways we want to start metro and I just need to know what we need for the intake process and what to expect.thank you

The best in Jacksonville. I've been going to metro on and off for for years. I always come back due to problems with the other big clinic off park street. The renovations are amazing. I love the finger print check in kiosk. No lines you get to sit in brand new chairs while waiting for your number to come up on state of the art flat screens. Friendly none judgemental staff is very helpful.

My boyfriend and I went to this clinic a year and a half ago while I was pregnant. I liked my counselor, the waiting time wasn't that bad (in comparison to the clinic I had attended here in PA) and getting in and receiving treatment all happened within a day. We moved back home to PA and I was still pregnant, and the clinic here makes you jump through hoops to get in, it took 2 weeks for me, and when my boyfriend put his paperwork in it took a month! The only complaint I have for metro is the waiting time to see the Dr. Every time I had to see the Dr I waited over an hour, and had to sit and wait feeling sick from withdrawal and couldn't dose until I saw the Dr. Also, I wanted to commend this center because I initially went to park side for treatment as it was closer to home, and because I had benzos in my system they refused to treat me and wouldn't let me reapply after getting the benzos outta my system, whereas metro got me in the same day.
